Project Management
Procurement & Installation
All interior design, architecture, specification and drawings are provided by LLI Design, with technical input from associate consultants as required. Our approved Building Control Inspector monitors to confirm that all works are designed and carried out in compliance with current Building Regulations.
As applicable, technical input is provided by our relevant associate consultants, including but not limited to Planning Consultant, Structural Engineer, Party Wall Surveyor and Services Engineer.
We supply the FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) specified by LLI Design with benefit of discount where available. We negotiate prices and delivery times with suppliers, place orders, progress chase, manage and administrate orders through to delivery to our nominated warehouse.
Following LLI Design's design and specification our UK based craftsmen will fabricate and install. All fabrics used in furniture and upholstery comply with BS 5852 for Fire Resistance.
We present a detailed priced Schedule of Works as per LLI Design's specifications. Our team of craftsmen will carry out the works and trusted specialist sub-contractors will be engaged as required. Our Project Manager and Site Manager, monitor progress and quality on site in order to resolve any issues that may arise.
Through our Pegasus Automation division we design, specify and install a wide range of state of the art Home Automation / Smart Home technologies : Intelligent Lighting systems, AV & HD TV distribution, Cinema rooms, Data Wifi & telephony networks, Remote controlled curtains & blinds, HVAC control, Video Entry systems, alarms and CCTV. Integrated control - one remote for everything, all technologies can be controlled via a dedicated remote and / or iphone / ipad.
Once all site Works are complete, our specialist cleaning team will "sparkle clean" the subject areas / property and all windows will be cleaned inside and outside. Window treatments and loose floor coverings are installed in readiness for the delivery and installation of all other elements. Our dedicated Installation Team will unpack, assemble items as required and set-up according to LLI Design's layouts. All packaging materials will be removed from site and we will carry out a final snagging survey and deal with any issues as necessary.
